Once you’ve placed an order for stand-up paddleboards and/or accessories, our goal is to get your order out the door within 24-48 hours (with the exception of orders placed on Saturdays).
All of our products are shipped with Canada Post or Purolator. Generally, domestic orders are received 1-4 days after receiving your tracking number.
We will issue you a tracking number once your package has been shipped. While you will receive the tracking number immediately, that does not mean you will be able to track your package immediately. You must wait until your package is scanned in by the Postal Service.
Consider pick-up in person, its free!
If you live in the Greater Vancouver area, we strongly recommend you to bring a trailer or a vehicle with roofrack to come and pick up the kayak in-person. Not only will you be able to save the shipping fee, you will also be able to enjoy the kayak right away! You will be able to find our address here.

To request a shipping quote for a Kayak, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to find an affordable shipping option. All Kayak shipment typically take 5-10 business days to ship. We do our best to ensure your kayak arrives safely with lots of bubble wraps inside a hard cardbox.
Once your kayak arrives, inspect the kayak immediately to ensure no damages occurred in transit. If your kayak arrives damaged due to shipping, please take plenty of pictures and contact the shipping company directly to start claims process. Then contact us with your order info and shipper claim # and we will work with you on a resolution.
