Live chat is the lowest-friction option for quick pre-purchase questions. For warranty claims, returns, or anything that needs photos and an order number, please use email so the conversation has a clean paper trail.

Call or text us at (604) 772-0783. Phone hours align with Pacific Time business hours. If you reach voicemail, leave a message and we'll call you back within one business day.

For warranty and return inquiries, email is preferred — it lets us receive photos, order details, and written descriptions in one place, which speeds up resolution.

Local Pickup — Delta Warehouse

If you live in the Greater Vancouver area, you can pick up your order in person by appointment at our Delta warehouse at no shipping cost. To arrange:

  1. Place your order online
  2. Email hello@dolphinkayak.ca with your order number
  3. We'll confirm the warehouse address and a time window

For paddleboard pickups: bring a vehicle that can carry the box. Boxed kits are roughly 90 × 50 × 30 cm and 12–15 kg. Most vehicles fit.

For kayak pickups: you'll need a roof rack or trailer and your own tie-down straps. Kayaks are not boxed for transport, so they must be secured to your vehicle on the spot.

Business Hours

Email and phone responses: Monday – Friday, Pacific Time.

Order processing: same day Mon–Fri before 2:00 PM PT; weekend orders ship Monday (courier collection only happens on business days).

We are closed on Canadian statutory holidays.
